2. Delivery Policy
1. Free Shipping – United Kingdom & European Union
Freydis Reenactment Shop offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom and the European Union. There is no minimum spend, and no additional handling or processing fees.
All product prices displayed on our website already include our flat shipping rate.
2. International Shipping (Outside UK & EU)
Orders delivered outside the UK and EU are subject to standard international shipping fees. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

6. Age‑Restricted Items (Bladed Goods)
Bladed items (knives, axes, seaxes, daggers, sword replicas) require age verification before dispatch. Customers must provide a photocopy of valid photo ID showing name and date of birth. Orders cannot be shipped until verification is complete.
7. Delivery Restrictions
We do not ship bladed items to:

PO Boxes
Collection points
Third‑party addresses without verification
Large tents may require delivery to a physical address only.
8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

3. Supplier Shipping Notice (For Restock Items Only)
Some external suppliers may use carriers such as GLS or DHL when sending restock items to us. This does not affect your Royal Mail delivery, but it may influence how quickly we receive new stock.
We always request DHL Express from suppliers whenever possible to ensure faster restocking.

14. Age Verification for Bladed Items (UK Law)
In accordance with the Offensive Weapons Act 2019 and UK trading standards, Freydis Reenactment Shop operates a strict age‑verification policy for all bladed items. This includes, but is not limited to: knives, seaxes, daggers, axes, spearheads, and sword replicas.
14.1 Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to purchase any bladed item from our store.
14.2 Photographic ID Requirement
After placing an order containing a bladed item, you will be required to provide a clear photocopy or scan of a valid photo ID showing your name and date of birth. Acceptable forms of ID include:
