Freydis Reenactment Shop was born from the fires of the forge, the mud of the battlefield, and the passion of those who refuse to let history fade. What began as a small personal project — repairing gear, crafting clothing, and sourcing authentic Viking‑Age items for our own reenactment group — quickly grew into something much larger.

We realised that reenactors, living‑history performers, and history enthusiasts all shared the same struggle: finding reliable, historically accurate equipment without the inflated prices or mass‑produced feel.

So we built the shop we wished existed.

Our Roots in the Óðinn Born Norse Reenactment Group

Freydis Reenactment Shop is proudly run by active members of the Óðinn Born Norse Reenactment Group. We don’t just sell Viking‑Age gear — we wear it, test it, fight in it, and live in it.

Every item we offer has been chosen because it meets the standards of real reenactors:
